A SupportPlus agreement guarantees that Novotek always delivers the latest patches and upgrades.
A service agreement guarantees that we always have technicians who have received training in your standard products from Novotek. The technicians will be available for maintenance, service and support. The agreement can be adapted to the customer’s needs with optional support times, guaranteed response time, on-site help and backup.
